There are 11 fast food outlets at the intersection of T. Aitmatov Street and Chui Avenue. They are installed on a private territory, which is confirmed by a State act.

However, an inspection by the Office for Land Use Control revealed a violation: part of the pavilions was illegally expanded into the municipal territory along the Alamedin River. The unauthorized increase took 368 square meters. In addition, the buildings pose a risk of collapse into the river.

An administrative report has been drawn up on the violation in accordance with article 149 of the Code of Offenses. The owner was fined 30,000 soms.

In order to eliminate the violation and prevent possible danger, the Department began dismantling illegal structures.
