A special event took place at the Aydanek Center for the Reintegration of Children in Difficult Situations – the President of World Taekwondo, Dr. Chunwong Choi, visited the institution.
Thanks to the cooperation of the Aydanek Center with the WT Taekwondo Association of the Kyrgyz Republic, training sessions for children have been held three times a week since August 1. In honor of the visit, the students prepared a small performance and showed their skills in taekwondo.
Also, at the meeting, Alexey Pak, President of the WT Taekwondo Association of the Kyrgyz Republic, provided the children with sports uniforms and presented the center with two televisions and a synthesizer.
The main goal of the Aydanek Center is to provide social, psychological and medical assistance to children from 3 to 18 years old who are left without parental care or find themselves in difficult life circumstances. The center's management notes that such initiatives help children to believe in their abilities, develop physically and spiritually, as well as find a positive environment and support.
