On September 25, 2025, a new bus route No. 24 began operating, which connects the residential area of Kelechek with the residential area of Umut. Buses run along the streets of Elebesova, Kievskaya, Beishenalieva and Frunze.

Earlier, fixed-route taxis No. 224 operated in this direction. Now they have been replaced by modern city buses.

This measure is aimed at improving the convenience and accessibility of public transport for residents of these areas.
