On September 23, a solemn cultural program within the framework of the campaign "Til Tagdyry – el Tagdyry" ("The fate of the language is the fate of the People"), dedicated to the Day of the State Language of the Kyrgyz Republic, was held in the city House of Culture "Dialog" with the support of the Department of Culture of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office and the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism and Youth Work.

The event is organized in partnership with the Centralized Library System of Bishkek and the educational complex-Gymnasium No. 23 named after I. Goethe. The festive program was distinguished by a high artistic level and variety.

Before the concert, a quiz among schoolchildren on the topic "Til Tagdyry – el Tagdyry" was held in the small hall of the House of Culture. A book exhibition of Kyrgyz literature is presented in the lobby. The honored guests were greeted by girls in national costumes from the Children's Art School No. 2, offering traditional Kyrgyz boorsok.

The solemn part opened with the performance of the "Anthem of the State language of the Kyrgyz Republic" (music by Bakyt Alisherov and Seyit Altymyshov). The program was continued by artists of the folklore and ethnographic ensemble "Door" of the Department of Culture of Bishkek City Hall.

A special place in the concert was occupied by the literary part "Kyrgyz poetry". The following speakers addressed the audience: poet Dogdurbek Yusupov, a member of the Writers' Union of the Kyrgyz Republic, winner of the Alykul Osmonov Literary Prize; member of the Writers' Union of the Kyrgyz Republic, winner of the Altyn Kalem Literary Prize and the Sandor Petefi International Prize, poet and translator Tolukbek Baizak; as well as a young poet and singer Nazira Tokoeva. The authors read their own works praising the purity and greatness of their native language.

The variety section was opened by Honored Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeanetta Bayalinova. The festive program was also attended by Elvira Begalieva, the soloist of the Semetey ensemble, Sergey Shevchenko, a trainee of the Bel Canto Music School, the Raduga Russian folk ensemble and the Alexis dance group. The finale of the concert was the songs "Ene Tilim" and "Bishkegim" performed by People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakytbek Ybykeyev.

The auditorium was full: the event gathered more than 250 people, including official guests, soldiers of the National Guard of the Kyrgyz Republic, employees of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, as well as residents of the capital. Each performance was accompanied by warm applause.
