In the capital, work continues on the major renovation of sidewalks. On Moskovskaya Street, in the section from B. Beyshenaliev Street to Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard, employees of the municipal enterprise “BishkekAsphaltService” have begun laying new asphalt on both sides of the road.

Preliminary work included the removal of the old pavement, installation of curbs and an irrigation system, and preparation of the sidewalk base.

As of today, asphalt laying on the northern side has been completed, while work on the southern side is expected to finish by the end of the day.

It is noted that the renovation of the sidewalk in this section will significantly improve convenience and safety for pedestrians.

Earlier, the section on the southern side from Yu. Abdrakhmanov Street almost to Erkindik Boulevard was paved.

Additional asphalt work is planned and will be carried out by the contractor, subject to favorable weather conditions.
