Today, October 5, 2025, a capsule-laying ceremony took place for the construction of a new kindergarten with a capacity of 110 children in the Kalyс-Ordo residential area.
The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baygonchokov, Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanat Sagynbaev, Head of the public charitable fund “Assanabil” Said Bayumi, and Head of the organization “Abdulla Nuriy” in Kuwait, Walid Assaif.
The Deputy Mayor noted that over the past two years, the Bishkek City Hall has built 20 kindergartens, 12 of which are located in new residential areas. He expressed gratitude to the sponsors who supported this initiative and emphasized that the municipality aims to create equal opportunities for all residents of the capital.
The construction of the new kindergarten will provide access to preschool education for children in the residential area and improve the district’s social infrastructure.
Additionally, participants were informed about the progress of the social housing complex, where 30 residential buildings have already been erected to accommodate socially vulnerable groups.
The complex also includes a feldsher-midwife station (FAP) and a school with a capacity of 125 students.
It should be noted that the project is being implemented with funds from the charitable fund “Assanabil,” with which the Bishkek City Hall previously signed a memorandum of cooperation.
