On October 8, 2025, the Service for Combating the Illegal Circulation of Narcotics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic held the youth forum “Live Free, Live Drug-Free.”

The forum was attended by Victoria Mozgacheva, Deputy Mayor of Bishkek for Social Affairs, representatives of ministries, over 500 students from leading universities of the capital, as well as well-known athletes, artists, bloggers, and public figures.

Participants discussed issues of drug prevention, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, fostering strong values among youth, and encouraging responsible attitudes toward their future.

Welcoming and motivational speeches were delivered by representatives of government bodies, international organizations, academia, culture, and sports. Special attention was given to the role of youth in building a society free from drugs.

The forum was held within the framework of the Crime Prevention Concept of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022–2028 and the National Action Plan approved on December 4, 2023.

The event aimed to unite the efforts of the state, society, and youth to create a clean, safe, and healthy future for Kyrgyzstan.
