As part of the 2025 Road Council meeting, a tour of the DEPO-2 facility was organized for participants and media representatives.

Guests had the opportunity to explore the renovated infrastructure of the bus depot, view the new electric buses, and see specialized equipment designed for public transport evacuation.

Particular attention was drawn to the modern electric buses. They come with an 8-year warranty, and battery disposal is handled by the manufacturer, Anhui Ankai Automobile Co., Ltd. On-site, participants were shown the charging process: for convenience and efficiency, chargers can be connected on both sides of the vehicle.

In addition, guests were able to try a public transport simulator used for driver training and skills enhancement.

It is worth noting that the DEPO-2 bus depot, operating since 1971, underwent a complete reconstruction in 2025. Today, it is a modern, high-tech center equipped with everything necessary to service the new generation of the capital’s public transport.
