A new kindergarten has been officially opened in the Uchkun residential area. The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Dzhunushaliev.

“Children are our future and our hope. We are building modern kindergartens to ensure a happy childhood and quality education for them. This is an important contribution to the development of the younger generation,” the Mayor emphasized in his remarks.

Following the ceremony, Mayor Dzhunushaliev toured the building and joined participants in planting trees on the kindergarten grounds.

The two-story building is designed for 140 children, but thanks to modern planning solutions, it can accommodate up to 280. The kindergarten includes 12 groups — nursery, junior, senior, and preparatory.

The total building area is 1,908 square meters, with the land plot covering 0.83 hectares. The kindergarten is located at the intersection of Chui Avenue and Aksy Street. The facility includes a music and gymnastics hall, a medical room, a kitchen, a laundry, and utility areas. Each group has its own dedicated playground.

The project was implemented by the Bishkek City Hall’s Capital Construction Department, with Argyn Kurulush LLC serving as the contractor.

The opening of the new kindergarten marks another step in the development of Bishkek’s social infrastructure and the creation of comfortable conditions for children’s education and upbringing.
