A meeting between First Deputy Mayor of Bishkek Mirlanbek Baigonchokov and Director of the Department of Partnership and Regional Projects of the “KazAID” National Agency for International Development, Bekzat Zhakupov, was held at Bishkek City Hall.
The Deputy Mayor warmly welcomed the delegation from Kazakhstan’s Agency for International Development “KazAID” and the International Public Foundation “Roza Otunbayeva Initiative.”
During the meeting, the parties discussed areas of cooperation in digitalization, education, healthcare infrastructure development, professional training, as well as the implementation of green technologies and climate-resilient solutions in the urban environment.
“The Bishkek City Hall stands ready to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support for the implementation of joint programs. We are confident that today’s meeting will strengthen our cooperation and lay a solid foundation for new, successful, and impactful projects for the benefit of our countries,” emphasized Mirlanbek Baigonchokov.
In turn, representatives of the Kazakh delegation expressed their readiness to support joint initiatives aimed at sustainable development, knowledge exchange, and the implementation of socially significant projects.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed hope for further deepening of Kyrgyz–Kazakh cooperation.
