In the southern districts of the capital, the tennis courts of the Specialized Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve (SDYUSHOR) for tennis, Paralympic, and strength sports hosted the traditional Republican Tennis Tournament for boys and girls, dedicated to the memory of Honored Coach of the Kyrgyz Republic V.S. Akinshin.

More than 150 athletes from various sports clubs and schools participated in the competition, which was held in three age groups: 2008–2011, 2012–2014, and 2015 and younger.
