As part of the implementation of the land amnesty and following the directive of Bishkek Mayor Aybek Junushaliev, work is actively underway to legalize land plots.
In the Sverdlovsk district, 83 commission meetings have been held so far. A total of 5,671 applications have been submitted, resulting in 2,083 land-use rights issued.
In the Oktyabrsky district, since the start of the land amnesty, 210 residents have received land-use rights. The total number of applications submitted is 8,074, with 42 commission meetings conducted.
Additionally, specialists from the Department of Individual Housing Construction and Urban Development of the Bishkek City Hall, together with MTU employees, continue site visits to verify land plots under the amnesty and prepare them for commission review.
The land amnesty is aimed at legalizing plots allocated to citizens for individual housing construction, providing an opportunity to obtain the necessary documents in accordance with established procedures.
