The Oktyabrsky district administration has announced a personnel change.

Barkalbas Dyushenalievich Baytikov has been appointed as Deputy Akim for Social Affairs.

The appointment was made from the Bishkek City Hall personnel reserve in line with the state personnel policy established by the Presidential Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 2 of January 29, 2021, “On the New State Personnel Policy”. The policy aims to improve management efficiency and attract professional and promising youth to local government bodies.
