Construction of a new modern building for the Youth Technical Station is underway at 144 Lev Tolstoy Street in the capital. The project is managed by the Capital Construction Department of the Bishkek City Hall.
The total area of the building is 2,563 square meters, with a land plot of 0.342 hectares. The five-story building, including a basement, will feature classrooms, an astronomical observatory, a museum, a conference hall, dance and assembly halls, a library, a gym, and other facilities for children’s creative and technical development.
The adjacent territory will include a sports area (WORKOUT), a covered area for assemblies, a site for model car launches, a karting track, and other zones for practical activities.
To date, the second-floor slab has been completed, and work is ongoing on the installation of engineering networks and construction of columns.
The contracting organization for the project is LLC “Essir Company.”
