From October 18 to December 1, the capital is hosting an Inclusive Spartakiad for people with disabilities, featuring 10 sports: chess, checkers, table tennis, mini-football, volleyball, arm wrestling, powerlifting, Greco-Roman wrestling, WT taekwondo, and swimming.
The event is organized by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism and Youth Work of Bishkek City Hall to promote inclusive sports and encourage people with special needs to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
Competitions are held individually among adults, juniors, and children. Eligible participants include athletes with visual and hearing impairments, musculoskeletal disorders, central nervous system disorders, as well as mild intellectual disabilities.
On October 23, a chess tournament for people with hearing and visual impairments was held at the Youth Sports School for Martial Arts (SDYUSHOR). A total of 69 athletes participated, including children, juniors, and adults with various types of disabilities.

Prize winners, as well as their coaches and physical education teachers, will receive cups, medals, certificates, and awards from the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism and Youth Work of Bishkek City Hall.
