As part of the scheduled monitoring of renovation and restoration works, Bishkek Deputy Mayor Viktoria Mozgacheva visited the future Center for Special Education and Rehabilitation.

The purpose of the visit was to review the progress of the major repairs and assess the quality of the work being carried out.

To date, the building’s roof has been replaced, the foundation reinforced, and the old layer of plaster removed, among other works.

Special attention is being paid to safety, accessibility for children with disabilities, and creating comfortable conditions for the rehabilitation and development of the center’s students.

Completion of the major renovation will provide modern and safe facilities for delivering specialized educational and developmental support to children in need of extra care and attention.
