As part of his working visit to the People’s Republic of China, Aybek Junushaliev, Mayor of Bishkek, met with Chen Huaiqin, Mayor of Zhuzhou.

During the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation, with a focus on the development of trade and economic relations, cultural and humanitarian exchanges, as well as collaboration in the industrial sector.

Aybek Junushaliev emphasized Bishkek’s interest in strengthening cooperation with Zhuzhou across various areas, including sharing experiences in transport management, light industry, and other sectors. The Mayor also highlighted the priority of creating a favorable investment climate in Bishkek and supporting the private sector.

In turn, Chen Huaiqin confirmed Zhuzhou’s commitment to further enhancing comprehensive ties with Bishkek and expressed readiness to expand the scope of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
