In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Holding the Next IV People’s Kurultai” dated September 22, 2025, No. 270, as well as the Resolution of the Bishkek City Kenesh No. 63 dated October 7, 2025, “On the Implementation of the President’s Decree,” a local community meeting of the city of Bishkek will be held on November 1, 2025, to nominate candidates for the next IV People’s Kurultai.

A total of 72 delegates will be elected from Bishkek to participate in the next IV People’s Kurultai.
