The shutdown is due to an emergency situation on the water supply networks with a diameter of 500 mm.

The affected area is bounded by the following streets:
Osmonkul St. from Chui Ave. to Jibek Jolu Ave., Moskovskaya St.,
Ibraimov St., Frunze St.
