For the purpose of enforcing the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the State Language of the Kyrgyz Republic” and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Advertising,” another inspection raid was carried out in the Pervomaisky District.
The raid was organized jointly with the Land Use Control Department of the Bishkek City Hall, the Municipal Inspection, and the Main Directorate of Urban Development and Architecture of the Bishkek City Hall on N. Isanov Street and Togolok Moldo Street.
As a result of the inspection, a total of 126 illegally installed advertising structures were dismantled, and officers of the Bishkek Municipal Inspection issued 8 violation reports in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 107 of the Code of Violations of the Kyrgyz Republic. The total amount of fines reached 40,000 soms.
Additionally, in the Sverdlovsky District, joint work with the Land Use Control Department of the Bishkek City Hall is being carried out to dismantle lightweight structures located on Gogol Street, near residential buildings No. 12 and No. 20.
These activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Rules for the Improvement of Bishkek City and are aimed at ensuring proper use of urban territory, as well as ensuring safety and comfortable living conditions for district residents.
A total of 7 lightweight structures on the specified site are subject to dismantling.
Such activities will continue to be conducted on a regular basis to ensure that all advertising signs in the capital comply with legal requirements.
