On November 11, 2025, the supply of drinking water to residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, and other social, utility, and industrial facilities will be temporarily suspended from 9:00 to 20:00.

The affected area is bounded by Dostoevsky Street, Ankara Street, Auezov Street, and the railway line, including the residential areas Alty-Ordo, Kara-Zhygach, and the Police Town.

The shutdown is due to repair work at the “Kontrezervuary” water intake facility and on the city’s water supply networks.
