Traffic lights at the intersection of Zhibek-Zholu Avenue and Budennogo Street have been fully restored and are now operational.
Following the mayor of Bishkek’s instructions, eight new pedestrian traffic lights with countdown timers have been installed at the intersection. This measure will enhance road safety for residents and students of School No. 51, located nearby.
During road reconstruction, the old traffic lights were temporarily relocated, and the cabling system became worn out. As part of the upgrade, new cables were laid, and the entire system was fully restored.
Currently, all pedestrian and vehicle traffic lights are functioning normally, ensuring the safety of all road users.
