On the territory of approximately 10.5 hectares, a modern complex for education, child development, and healthcare has been established. Its centerpiece is a new two-story school of over 5,000 sq. m., designed to accommodate 570 students and equipped with 20 modern classrooms and a separate music block.

The complex also includes a two-story kindergarten of more than 1,600 sq. m. for 140 children, as well as a family medical center of around 1,300 sq. m., serving up to 40,000 residents. In the near future, a sports field and a workout area will be added to the complex.

The construction of these social facilities became possible thanks to the President’s initiative to allocate part of the State Residence’s land for social and educational purposes. Previously, residents of the village of Chon-Aryk submitted a request to address the lack of educational institutions in their community.

In his speech, President Japarov emphasized that knowledge drives progress and that science enables nations to reach new heights. Every country builds its success through educated citizens.

"We must not fall behind this global trend of development. Therefore, the main goal of our state is to create full conditions for quality education for children in all regions of the country. In recent years, new schools meeting modern standards have been constructed across all regions. The facilities we are opening today are a vivid example of this systematic policy," said Sadyr Japarov.

He noted that the newly opened facilities are part of a broader social policy initiative. The government pays special attention to improving the infrastructure of schools, kindergartens, and healthcare institutions.

"Over the first ten months of this year, 118 schools and kindergartens across the country have been built or fully renovated and put into operation. By the end of the year, construction and renovation will be completed in 32 more schools.
This year, 25 hospitals and clinics are being constructed nationwide using the state budget. Additionally, 22 healthcare facilities are undergoing major renovations. Next year, construction will begin on a large medical campus in Bishkek for over 5,000 patients, where citizens will be able to receive all specialized medical services in one location,"
the President said, adding that such large-scale projects create conditions to improve the population's quality of life. These achievements reflect a sustainable state policy focused on developing human capital.

Addressing teachers, President Japarov expressed deep gratitude to educators for their dedicated work in nurturing the new generation and for their care and attention to every child. He emphasized that the state highly values the role of teachers in the modernization of the education system.

In his speech, the President also noted current and future teacher salaries: the average salary is currently 26,000 soms, and starting April next year, it will rise to around 40,000 soms.

"In city schools, a newly hired teacher with secondary education and no experience will receive about 22,000 soms after the salary increase. In rural areas, a Kyrgyz language teacher with a bachelor’s degree at a secondary school currently earns 23,151 soms and will earn 27,360 soms after the raise. In remote mountainous areas, a mathematics teacher with higher education at a secondary school currently earns 65,809 soms and will earn 80,860 soms after the increase," President Japarov stated.

He concluded by emphasizing that with active parental involvement, close cooperation with schools, and support from teachers, children will grow up not only educated but also well-mannered, patriotic citizens.

The President expressed confidence that in the future, modern schools, kindergartens, and medical facilities will be built throughout the country, ensuring every citizen has access to education and healthcare.

During the event, President Sadyr Japarov inspected the infrastructure of the social facilities, including classrooms, the kindergarten, and the medical center.
