The Department of Individual Housing Construction and Urban Development of the Bishkek City Hall, in accordance with the Regulation “On the Procedure for Conducting Land Amnesty,” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 31, 2022, No. 291, announces that the appropriate work for implementing the land amnesty in the territory of Bishkek is being carried out in the prescribed manner.

In accordance with paragraph 15 of the Regulation “On the Procedure for Conducting Land Amnesty,” the land amnesty commissions of the Sverdlov Administrative District, for land amnesty objects incorporated into the territory of Bishkek during the administrative-territorial reform, have made decisions to submit for public notification the following list of users and/or owners of land amnesty objects in the residential areas of Ak-Zhar and Nurkozho-Ata.
