The implementation of the project to create a modern traffic management system began in 2023.

As part of the project, employees of the Bishkek City Traffic Police Service have undergone training and now monitor and regulate traffic flows in real time in cooperation with the ATMS (Automated Traffic Management System).

To ensure the stable and safe operation of traffic lights, Traffic Police inspectors are involved in managing and monitoring traffic organization.

At the same time, technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation during power outages are handled by a specialized enterprise responsible for the functioning of the entire traffic light infrastructure.
