An on-site meeting was held in the capital with the participation of the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek and Director of the Department of Fuel and Energy Complex, Nurgazy Kurmanbekov, at the Heat Energy Sales Center of the municipal enterprise Bishkekteploset.

During the meeting, reports were presented on the work of the Sales Center, the enterprise’s call center, and the Central District Customer Service Department, which serves 77,000 consumers in Bishkek, as well as the server room where new modern equipment was recently installed.

Nurgazy Kurmanbekov emphasized the importance of the enterprise’s role in ensuring stable heat supply for the capital and gave a positive assessment of the performance of its divisions.

Following the meeting, relevant instructions were issued to responsible staff aimed at further improving efficiency, strengthening measures to collect overdue payments, and ensuring uninterrupted heat supply throughout the heating season.
