A mass tree-planting event took place in Victory Park named after D. Asanov with the participation of Mayor Aybek Junushaliev. The initiative was organized as part of the environmental campaign launched by SPARK.

More than 60 saplings, including linden, maple, and other species, were planted on the park’s grounds. In his welcoming remarks, the mayor emphasized the importance of such efforts for improving the city’s environmental conditions and overall urban landscape.

He expressed gratitude to the business community for their active involvement in greening the capital and noted that their contribution will serve as an example for others.

The mayor also instructed the municipal enterprise Bishkekzelenstroy to ensure quality control of all saplings planted across the city, adding that more than 50,000 new trees are planned for planting in 2026.

In 2025, the municipality planted over 15,000 trees, with each district using a distinct ribbon color to mark its saplings.

A representative of SPARK, Iskender Suleymanov, also delivered a welcoming speech, highlighting the contribution of the business sector to developing green areas in the capital and reaffirming the company’s commitment to continuing the initiative.
