Due to the holding of state-level events, including the meeting of the CSTO Heads of State Council, temporary changes in the operation of certain facilities and traffic regulations will be introduced in the city from November 25 to 27, 2025.

Temporary restrictions for vehicles will be in effect on the central streets of the capital and along the routes of official delegations. Residents are advised to plan their routes in advance.

During the specified days, the following facilities will be closed for sanitary treatment:

  • TRC “Osh Bazaary”
  • Sary-Ozon Market

In addition, during the official events of the CSTO Heads of State Council meeting, and considering the upcoming elections and the subsequent need to prepare educational institutions for the academic process through sanitary measures, all schools in the capital will switch to online learning from November 25 to December 1, inclusive. Classes will be conducted online according to the approved curricula and schedules. There will be no delays in the educational programs. Regular in-person classes will resume on December 2.

Higher educational institutions in the capital will switch to online learning from November 25 to 27.

The Bishkek Mayor’s Office apologizes for any inconvenience and asks residents to understand these temporary measures, which are aimed at ensuring security and preparing the city for official events.
