In Bishkek, a seminar was held at Secondary School No. 33 for young deputy directors for educational work, social educators, and school psychologists. The event focused on effective collaboration between schools and families in the digital environment and the face of growing challenges in today’s education system.

The school administration, including the deputy director for educational work, the social educator, and the school psychologist, shared their experience in organizing joint work among teachers, class supervisors, and parents to support the harmonious development and safety of children. They demonstrated practices for building trust and resolving educational situations.

As part of the seminar, the Public Foundation “Fund for Innovation, Leadership, and Human Resources Development”, together with actors from the DemiArt Theatre, presented a forum-theatre social performance titled “Theatre of Change – The Path to Safe Schools.” Participants had the opportunity not only to watch the performance but also to propose their own solutions to the problems presented, taking on the roles of the characters.

At the conclusion, participants emphasized the importance of united efforts by all adults involved in raising a child. A key takeaway from the seminar was:
"Where adults unite for the sake of a child, a point of growth emerges. A school becomes strong not when everyone knows everything, but when each person honestly does their part."

The seminar provided an important platform for professional exchange, discussion of current challenges, and exploring modern approaches to creating a safe and developmental educational environment.
