A headquarters meeting on the preparation for the extraordinary elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in the conference hall of the Bishkek City Hall. The meeting was chaired by Mayor Aybek Junushaliev and attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies and city services.

The heads of the four administrative districts of the capital reported on the readiness of precinct election commissions and the organizational work carried out locally.

Mayor Junushaliev emphasized the importance of strict compliance with election laws, reminding participants of their personal responsibility. He also announced that the head of MTU No. 203 had been temporarily suspended during an official investigation for violations of election legislation.

The mayor tasked law enforcement representatives with ensuring public order on election day.

Following the meeting, district akims and city service leaders were instructed to resolve all organizational and technical issues, including ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply to all precinct election commissions and maintaining stable internet connectivity.
