Today, December 3, 2025, a gala concert was held at the T. Satylganov National Philharmonic Hall featuring the laureates of the 25th City Festival of Artistic Creativity, the applied arts contest “The Sun Shines Equally for Everyone,” and the inclusive sports competition, dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The event was attended by Victoria Mozgacheva, Deputy Mayor for Social Affairs, who expressed her gratitude to the children and wished them good health, a sunny disposition, and unwavering determination.
“Your achievements in education, sports, and the arts are truly impressive! Our main strategic goal is to provide accessible and high-quality education to all children, expand opportunities for their sports and creative development, and ensure systemic support for the younger generation,” she noted.
As part of the program, a ceremony was held to award the winners of the annual festival of artistic creativity, the applied arts contest, and the inclusive sports competition for persons with disabilities. Winners received diplomas, certificates, and valuable gifts. Sweet gift sets were also presented to children from specialized institutions.
It is worth noting that this year more than 1,100 children from youth groups, public organizations, and specialized institutions of the capital took part in these events.
