Construction of the multifunctional sports complex at 62 A. Toktonalieva Street in Bishkek is ongoing. The building is a two-story rectangular structure with a total area of 2,296 m², situated on a 0.2637-hectare plot.

The first floor includes a locker room, coaches’ room, referee’s room, staff rooms, restrooms, male and female changing rooms, equipment storage, two full-size sports courts, and a boiler room.

The second floor houses a gym, medical office, restroom, and technical room.

The construction follows modern standards: the foundation is strip-type, exterior walls and partitions are made of sandwich panels, and the frame is metal, ensuring strength, energy efficiency, and durability.

The contractor is LLC “Al Firdaus Company.”
