At the “Akniet” Center, classes were held aimed at improving the legal literacy of minor residents.
The event was attended by the Center’s administration and an investigator from the Lenin District Police Department, Police Major B. Karabayev. The teenagers were explained their rights and responsibilities, as well as the provisions of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic governing the liability of minors.
A social worker informed the youth about closed institutions for minors, including the Voznesenskaya Children’s Colony for boys and Women’s Colony No. 2 in Stepnoye village. The residents were introduced to the procedures for serving sentences and the consequences of illegal actions.
A total of 21 minors attended the session. The teenagers actively asked questions and received explanations in an accessible form. The investigator conducted a preventive talk, warning about the inadmissibility of offenses, including escapes, theft, and other illegal actions.
The event took place in a constructive and educational atmosphere, contributing to the development of responsibility and legal awareness among minors.
