On December 10, 2025, a meeting with parents of students from schools in the Lenin and Oktyabrsky districts was held in the “Taberik” Hall, aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency and strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and law enforcement agencies.

The event was attended by Victoria Mozgacheva, Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, representatives of law enforcement agencies, and district administrations. Invited guests included:

  • Nurgul Isakova, Police Major, Investigator, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Zhenishbek Abykanov, Deputy Head of the Oktyabrsky District Police Department;
  • Erkin Tynaliev, Deputy Head of the Lenin District Police Department;
  • Taalay Zhakypov, Social Worker, Public Association “Child Protection Center”;
  • Alikhan Akylbekov, representative of the General Directorate of Internal Affairs.

During the event, psychologists provided brief insights into child psychology and effective methods of interaction, followed by a training session for parents.

The main goal of the meeting was to prevent juvenile delinquency and increase parental awareness of modern risks related to child safety.

The Deputy Mayor spoke in detail about teenage responsibility, family-school cooperation, and measures to prevent children from engaging in illegal activities.

Police representatives emphasized the importance of timely response to changes in adolescent behavior, strengthening parental supervision, and active family involvement in the educational process. Special attention was paid to the role of schools and interagency cooperation in ensuring child safety.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants noted the importance of such dialogue platforms, which contribute to raising the legal awareness of parents and creating a safe environment for the younger generation.
