At School No. 81, the Department of Education of the Bishkek City Hall held citywide competitions “Kaarmandar Suyloit-2025” and “Aitmatov’s World”. The event brought together winners of the district-level rounds, who presented their research projects and stage performances at the city level.
The competitions aim to develop students’ research and analytical skills, support creative initiatives, and promote the works of Chingiz Aitmatov as part of the Aitmatov Week dedicated to his birthday. Participants demonstrated deep research preparation, stage performance skills, and teamwork abilities.
The jury included the following experts: Kutmyrza Zhakybaliev, representative of the National Commission on State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic; Nazym Mendebayrov, honored cultural worker, director, and actor; and Elmira Satyshova, senior specialist of the Bishkek Department of Education.
The jury particularly noted the high level of participant preparation, the relevance of topics, the depth of artistic solutions, and respectful treatment of Aitmatov’s works.

- 3rd place — Schools No. 103 and No. 79
Results of the stage performance competition “Kaarmandar Suyloit-2025”:
- 1st place — School No. 77
- 2nd place — School No. 97
- 3rd place — Schools No. 96 and No. 78
Winners and prize-winners will be awarded certificates and valuable prizes by the Department of Education at the final event of Aitmatov Week.
The event became an important platform for identifying young researchers and talented students, as well as for developing their creative and scientific research interests.
