On December 12, 2025, at the TRC markets “Osh Bazaar” and “Orto-Say,” First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baygonchokov, together with the First Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zhanybek Kerimaliev, conducted inspections to monitor meat product prices.

The raid also involved the first deputy heads of the Lenin and Oktyabr District administrations, representatives of the Antimonopoly Regulation Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC “Kyrgyz Agroholding.”

During the monitoring, entrepreneurs were reminded of the need to strictly comply with established price limits for meat products. In cases where meat is sold above 680 KGS, the Antimonopoly Service will take measures prescribed by law.

Additionally, the possibility of opening extra points for selling meat at socially significant prices at these markets by JSC “Kyrgyz Agroholding” was discussed to help contain price increases.

It is noted that municipal administrations, together with the Antimonopoly Regulation Service, continue to regularly carry out inspections and price monitoring. Measures will be taken against all identified violations in accordance with current legislation.
