From September 29 to December 20, 2025, the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek hosted the School League among general education schools over a two-month period.

The competitions were held in 13 sports: badminton, children’s athletics, basketball, volleyball, handball, darts, athletics, mini-football, pioneerball, table tennis, toguz korgool, ordo, and chess.

The School League aims to involve every child in sports, promote a healthy body and spirit, encourage friendship, and foster teamwork. Winners receive cups, medals, and certificates, and advance to the city-level competitions to continue vying for the School League title. The event is organized annually by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism, and Youth Work of the Bishkek City Hall.
