In the Pervomaysky District, the results of the contests “Үлгүлүү аксакал” (Exemplary Elder), “Үлгүлүү байбиче” (Exemplary Woman), “Нарктуу келин” (Honorable Daughter-in-Law), “Мыкты ата” (Best Father), “Үлгүлүү үй-бүлө” (Exemplary Family), “Үлгүлүү көчө” (Exemplary Street), “Үлгүлүү конуш” (Exemplary Neighborhood), “Үлгүлүү ишкана” (Exemplary Enterprise), and “Үлгүлүү жамаат” (Exemplary Community) were announced.

Candidates were nominated by the district’s municipal territorial administrations, and their materials and video presentations were carefully evaluated by a commission. Scores were given on a five-point scale, from 0 to 5.

The contests involved active residents who have made a significant contribution to strengthening civic responsibility, family and community values, as well as the socio-economic development of the district.

Winners received commemorative gifts from the Municipal Administration of the Pervomaysky District.
