On December 25, 2025, as part of the IV People’s Kurultai, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic — Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, delivered a speech marking the online inauguration of 94 new social and industrial facilities across the country.

In Bishkek, 5 social facilities and 1 industrial facility were officially opened.

In the Sverdlovsky District, the National School-Lyceum of Innovative Technologies named after A. Moldokulov was ceremonially reopened following a major renovation.

The event was attended by Bishkek Deputy Mayor Nurgazy Kurmanbekov, Deputy Head of the Sverdlovsky District Administration Aybek Joldoshev, Deputy Head of the Construction Department of Chuy Region Duishon Sarymsakov, as well as the school’s teaching staff.

In his speech, Nurgazy Kurmanbekov emphasized that the project is an important step in developing the education system and creating comfortable and safe learning conditions for the younger generation.

It is worth noting that the school-lyceum building was originally commissioned in 1980, and this is the first major renovation since its founding. Currently, the school educates 3,140 students.
