Today, December 25, 2025, public hearings on the city of Bishkek’s Master Plan project until 2050 are continuing at the “Alga” stadium.
The discussion involves Bishkek’s Deputy Mayor Azamat Kadyrov, the city’s Chief Architect Meder Kydyrmaev, Deputy Head of the St. Petersburg Research Institute of Advanced Urban Planning Irina Grishechkina, as well as representatives of city services.
During the public hearings, Azamat Kadyrov emphasized that the Bishkek city administration is open to dialogue and provides residents with the opportunity to participate in discussions of the Master Plan project until 2050 at all stages. The document was published on October 25, 2025, on the official city administration website for public discussion.
“We are open and ready to listen to every citizen. Over these two days, we have also been actively discussing the project with residents. However, it is necessary to take deadlines into account,” noted A. Kadyrov.
In addition, the Deputy Mayor reported that currently, the possibility of providing open access to the Master Plan document is being considered, except for sections related to engineering networks.
An electronic version of the Master Plan is also being developed, which will allow residents to review the planning solutions in a convenient format.
