On December 25, 2025, as part of the IV People’s Kurultai, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic — Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, launched the online opening of 94 social and industrial facilities across the country.
In Bishkek, five social facilities and one industrial facility were put into operation. One of the industrial facilities was the new production enterprise LLC “Matkasymov,” opened in the village of Maevka in the Pervomaisky District.
The ceremonial opening was attended by the First Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Mirlanbek Baygonchokov; Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, Omor Uulu Aybek; and the General Director of LLC “Matkasymov,” Tynchalyk Uulu Ernest.
The production complex, with a total area of 984 square meters, includes a modern assembly and automated workshop, which will become one of the enterprise’s key units. Here, assembly and preparation of finished products from the main production will be carried out using modern technologies and elements of industrial automation.
As part of the project to create an assembly-intelligent logistics center, 55 new jobs have been created, making a significant contribution to employment and the socio-economic development of the district and surrounding settlements.
The total cost of the project is USD 2.0 million. Funding is provided by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund as well as the company’s own resources.
It should be noted that the project is being implemented with the support of the Bishkek city administration.
The launch of the new enterprise will increase domestic production of household goods, improve the level of localization, introduce modern technologies, and strengthen the competitiveness of Kyrgyz products in both domestic and international markets.
