First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baigonchokov spoke about the construction of social facilities.

In the first half of 2025, the construction and reconstruction of a number of important social facilities was completed.:

The Alga sports complex (formerly the Trudovye Reservy sports complex) has been completely reconstructed.

The construction of an exhibition gallery in the park named after Hero of the Soviet Union Ch. Tuleberdieva.

A Family medicine center and an ambulance station (with 5 ambulances and necessary equipment) have been built along Moldokulova Street in the Kok-Zhar microdistrict;

The Family Medicine Center at 6 Semeteya St. (North 31) in the Chon-Aryk microdistrict has also been commissioned.

According to the Title list of works on improvement of road infrastructure, works on construction, reconstruction and restoration of roads are carried out on 19 objects with a total length of 41 km. 4.5 billion soms have been allocated for these works. In 6 months, traffic has been opened on 4 streets.

To date, traffic has been opened on 6 streets with a total length of more than 10.2 km, while work continues on the remaining 13 streets according to the approved schedule.

Work has also been fully completed on the 2024 Karadaryinskaya Street (from Mederova Street to L. Tolstoy Street, with a length of 1.45 km).

According to the approved title list for 2025 for the Bishkekasfaltservice municipal enterprise, 43 facilities (including 37 roads and 6 sidewalks) are subject to major repairs. By the end of the half-year, construction work was completed at 9 sites, and sections with a total length of 2,295 linear meters and an area of 4,820 square meters were repaired.
