A board meeting was held at the City Hall of the capital, chaired by Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev.

Following the report of First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baigonchokov, resolutions were adopted "On the results of socio-economic development of Bishkek City in the first half of 2025 and the tasks of Bishkek Mayor’s Office for the second half of 2025" and the report of Kubandyk Akmatbekov, Head of the Department of Organizational and Control Work, "On executive discipline and enforcement of legislation in the field of municipal service in Bishkek Mayor’s Office".

The board also instructed to strengthen the work on the auction of municipal property and create simplified conditions for participants.

By the decision of the board, Mirlan Moldobasarov, head of the Capital Construction Department, was dismissed from his post for improper performance of his duties.

The Department of Road Transport Infrastructure Development has been instructed to strengthen road quality control. The good organization of work on the first day of school was also noted and it was instructed to take further control of this process.

The head of the Bishkek city Police Department has proposed installing cameras on multi-storey buildings in order to record violations of legislation and landscaping rules. The relevant services have been instructed to consider this issue.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek has been tasked with speeding up coastal protection work on the Ala-Archa River together with akimats.

In addition, it was instructed to consider the issue of landscaping (promenade) along the rivers.
