In the capital, employees of the Bishkek City Land Use Control Department conducted an on-site inspection in the Oktyabrsky District to verify the legality of land use and review citizens’ complaints.
At 7 Aprelya Street, 3/2, an illegally installed barrier gate was dismantled. It is noted that this is the second time the gate has been removed. Authorities remind that any structures on the red line require prior approval from the Architecture Department.
At 20 Madyeva Street, the café administration had unlawfully fenced off land and organized a paid parking lot. All constructions have been dismantled.
Work has also begun to remove a 650 sq. m. hangar. Previously, the city commission terminated the lease agreement, and the hangar will be dismantled, returning the land to municipal ownership.
The Land Use Control Department continues efforts to restore order and remove illegal structures from city land.
