Dear citizens! The Bishkek City Hall informs that the demolition works in the city’s residential areas, carried out based on Presidential Decree No. 109 of April 8, 2022, by President Sadyr Japarov “On Measures to Prevent and Stop Illegal Land Seizures,” have been temporarily suspended.

This decision was made to prevent a situation in which residents could be left without housing before the start of the heating season.

The municipality is taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Dear citizens! We strongly urge you to comply with construction and land-use regulations:

Do not seize land illegally;

Do not build unauthorized private houses on your plots without the proper permits;

Do not expand your allocated land plots at the expense of municipal territory.
