On October 8, 2025, a meeting with parents and school administrators of the Lenin District was held in the hall of the Oktyabr Administration as part of crime prevention efforts.

The event was attended by Bishkek Deputy Mayor Viktoriya Mozgacheva, Director of the Education Department Rakhhat Musaeva, representatives of the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of the Main Department of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor’s Office, and employees of the Department for Combating Juvenile Offenses (SBNON).

The meeting focused on preventing offenses, reducing violence and drug use among minors, strengthening safety measures, and preventing accidents involving children.

During the event, representatives of the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate presented a brief report with a slideshow, while SBNON staff showed videos used in various seminars and training sessions for students. These materials were shared to inform parents about ongoing preventive work and to involve them in efforts to reduce juvenile delinquency.

Gulzat Isabekova, a psychologist from the Center for the Protection of Children Affected by Violence under the Bishkek Mayor’s Office, spoke about child psychology and provided parents with recommendations on interacting with their children. At the beginning of her presentation, she showed video clips featuring children addressing their parents, highlighting communication priorities and areas for improvement.

The event was conducted according to the approved plan and aimed to create conditions for comprehensive work with the parent community.

During the "open microphone" segment, parents were able to ask questions and received detailed answers from Deputy Mayor Viktoriya Mozgacheva.
