A new government information system, “Otziv”, has been launched in Bishkek, enabling citizens to evaluate the quality of government and municipal services via QR codes.
Residents can now rate the work of the Bishkek City Hall and other authorities on a five-point scale. Simply scan the QR code with a smartphone camera and follow the link to the feedback application.
How to leave feedback:
Scan the QR code.
Enter your email. If not registered, complete a simple registration by providing:
First and last name
Phone number
Date of birth and gender
Enter the code sent to your email to access the rating and comment form.
Feedback can also be submitted via the Tunduk mobile app: authorize, open the QR code scanner, scan the code, select the relevant category, add a comment, and submit.
The Otziv system is implemented across all government bodies and local authorities.
The new digital platform aims to increase transparency and accountability of government operations and improve the quality of public and municipal services.
Collected ratings and feedback will help enhance the performance of government agencies and improve their interaction with citizens.
