An open expert meeting was held on the territory of DEPOT - 2, dedicated to improving the transport situation and reducing congestion in Bishkek.

During the meeting, experts and representatives of relevant organizations discussed current problems and ways to solve them.

Among the speakers:

* Dzhumagulov Chyngyz Damirovich, Deputy Director of the municipal enterprise "Center for Digital Technologies", with a report "Solutions and ideas for traffic optimization in Bishkek".

* Sydygaliev Manas Arlenovich, Head of the Department of the Police Patrol Service for the Bishkek City Police Department, presented an analysis of the causes of accidents and traffic jams, as well as problematic areas of the city.

Glazunov Dmitry Vladimirovich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at KRSU, presented the topic "Problems of urbanisation in Bishkek in the context of traffic jams".

* Alexey Mikhailovich Zhuravlev, an urban researcher and data journalist from the Urban Hub Bishkek community, spoke about the challenges and solutions in the development of cycling infrastructure in the capital.

* Artyom Pavlovich Babukhin, a Yandex representative with the topic "Traffic optimization solutions in Bishkek from Yandex Kyrgyzstan".

The expert meeting is aimed at developing recommendations for improving the efficiency of the transport system and improving the quality of life of citizens.
