On October 31, 2025, a festive event dedicated to the Culture Workers’ Day of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in the “Taberik” hall of the Oktyabrsky District Administration.

Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Viktoria Mozgacheva, delivered a congratulatory speech. She highlighted the significant contribution of culture workers to the development of the capital, emphasizing that thanks to their professional work, Bishkek annually implements a wide range of cultural and creative projects, with both scale and quality steadily increasing.

It was particularly noted that the work of cultural institution staff helps expand access for children and youth to creative programs, creating conditions for early talent development and further comprehensive growth.

During the event, employees of cultural institutions were awarded certificates of appreciation from the Bishkek City Hall for their contribution to the development of the city’s cultural environment.

The festive program featured performances by dance groups, vocalists, and artists, creating a celebratory atmosphere and highlighting the importance of culture workers in shaping the city’s cultural landscape.
