Since 5:00 a.m., employees of the municipal enterprise “Tazalyk” have been working to combat the first snowfall. All street cleaners are on their assigned areas, actively clearing streets and sidewalks of snow — sweeping, removing, and manually clearing pedestrian zones.

Snow removal machinery is also in operation:

10 MAZ trucks,

3 Shakhman vehicles, and

1 front-end loader.

These machines carry out the spreading of inert materials and snow removal from roadways. A total of 38.5 tons of salt and sand-salt mixture have been used this morning to prevent ice formation and ensure traffic safety.

Spreading is being carried out on key city streets: Kozhobergenov, Semetey, Baytik Baatyr, Sheraliyev, Masaliev, Zhayil Baatyr, Chortekov, Alykulov, Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue, Tagai Biy, Tolstoy, Sadygaliev, Dzhamgyrchinov, Tokombayev, 7-Aprelya, as well as on the overpasses of Baytik Baatyr, Ibraimov, 7-Aprelya, the bridge on Elebesov Street, and in the Kok-Jar residential area.

Snow clearing from the central lanes and road markings is being conducted on Karapaev, Nurzhamal, 7-Aprelya, Yuzhnaya Magistral, Sükhe Bator, Toktogul, Zhibek Zholu, Manas, Aitmatov Streets, Ala-Too Square, as well as on Ryskulov, Chui, Fuchik, Kiev, and Moskovskaya Streets.

Work continues in an intensified mode. All “Tazalyk” services are on duty and ready for further precipitation.
